Feelings of inferiority, low performance in school, poor lifestyle choices, withdrawal from relationships and activities - low self-esteem can open teens up to a whole range of serious problems. This video discusses lack of self-confidence among adolescents, self-image issues that can arise from it, and how teens can reinforce - or, if necessary, rebuild - their belief in themselves.
