Composed of olive green uniform jacket with gold buttons and olive green skirt; jacket: (2) U.S. pins, (2) Army Nurse Branch Cadesus pins with superimposed "N"; Europe-African-Middle Eastern campaign medal with 4 stars, Fifth Army patch, arm patch with 5 rectangular bars, green patch with golden wreath; 1 silver rectangular pin on each shoulder; skirt: Ruth Beery sewn into waistband.
