Abstract
In Richmond, Va., attorney general candidate Andrew Pickens Miller tells WSLS-TV about his plans if elected to office. Miller's top concern is the high crime rate in the Commonwealth. According to Miller, the solution is to hold an annual conference in the capital and invite attorneys from throughout the state to discuss and expound on ideas.
