Abstract
In Richmond, Va., attorney general candidate Andrew Pickens Miller explains his plan to encourage the participation of attorneys at the local and state level. In Miller's proposal, city and county attorneys would attend a program under the jurisdiction of the attorney general's office. According to Miller, this would allow the Commonwealth to draw on the special knowledge of each specific individual in order to produce effective statewide training programs, such as law enforcement.
