Abstract
President Dwight Eisenhower addresses a crowd assembled at Byrd Field Airport in Richmond, Va., shortly after his arrival in Richmond as part of a campaign tour for the upcoming presidential election. Following the speech, the president and his wife, Mamie Eisenhower, return to the presidential plane.
