The Virginia General Assembly is in the process of revising the Constitution of Virginia and one of the most hotly debated topics is annexation. Willis M. Anderson is a member of the Virginia House of Delegates and part of a committee working to draft legislation on consolidating the Roanoke Valley. In Richmond, Va., Anderson discusses the state of this legislation, announcing that it is ready for introduction, but he remains uncertain if and when it will be released publicly.
