An Army chaplain bearing gifts from the Roanoke, Va., South Korean sister city Wonju attaches the flag of South Korea to a pole in a small room with the help of others, including Roanoke Mayor Benton O. Dillard. Member of the Roanoke Chamber of Commerce Jack Goodykoontz and other guests examine more gifts sent to Roanoke from Wonju.
