Nancy F. Humphrey Solomonson, daughter of Vice President Hubert H. Humphrey, talks to WSLS-TV reporter Jim Shell about having a daughter born with Down syndrome. Solomonson offers advice for parents with mentally disabled children and champions helpful organizations for disabled children.
