Abstract
In Roanoke, Va., State Senator Earl Fitzpatrick criticizes Ted Dalton, Virginia representative to the Republican National Committee, for his response to Fitzpatrick's urging that Dalton ask President Dwight Eisenhower to retract a statement attributed to him by U.S. Senator Adam Clayton Powell, in which Eisenhower allegedly voiced support for jailing school officials who refused to comply with the Supreme Court's orders to integrate.
