Ron Brown, head chef at the Hotel Roanoke, tells WSLS-TV how he and his team prepare for Thanksgiving dinner. Brown serves 250 pounds of dressing, 3000 pounds of turkey, about 47 pumpkin pies, and 15 gallons of cranberry relish to 1000 people. Brown has been working at the Hotel Roanoke for 37 years.
