Abstract
Footage shows preparations for the reconstruction of the left tower of St. Andrews Catholic Church in Roanoke, Va. During views of Roanoke from atop the fire-damaged spire, a construction worker explains that scaffolding is impractical because the steeple is very tall, so workers have to build a platform that hangs from a crane to work on the tower.
