Abstract
WSLS-TV reporter Bill Mason stands in an autmobile salvage yard at night with a safety warning to the residents of Roanoke, Va. He uses fatality rates and the wrecked cars in the lot as a reminder to drive cautiously and safely this New Year's Eve. Mason says the remnants of these automobiles should serve as a deterrent to errant drivers.
