Abstract
President of the Roanoke, Va., Chamber of Commerce John P. Fishwick discusses Roanoke's hope to maintain filatex manufacturing jobs at the American Viscose Corporation plant. He outlines three problems: convincing American Viscose Corporation to grant rights to continue filatex production, raising the money in order to purchase the business, and finding another building or plant site.
