Three political party leaders give a campaign speech on the eve of the presidential election. Abner Linwood Holton, Jr., regional campaign manager for Richard M. Nixon, is confident that the U.S. Republican Party will win the 1968 presidential election. Democratic Senator William B. Hopkins, Jr., endorses Hubert H. Humphrey and Edmund S. Muskie. A member of George C. Wallace's campaign says the American Independent Party candidate's popularity is steadily increasing and that he has high hopes for victory at the polls tomorrow.
