Abstract
Representatives of an oil terminal list the safety measures taken at the petroleum depot in Montvale in Bedford County, Va. The safety features include an explosion-proof lighting system, electrical system, and telephone; a central switch that cuts off all power in case of an emergency; an adequate amount of fire extinguishers; exclusive access to the oil terminal; and a retaining wall in case of oil spillage. Footage shows images of the oil terminal.
