In an interview with WSLS-TV reporter Glenn Howell, Roanoke, Va., Councilman David K. Lisk expresses his overall satisfaction with the Roanoke City Council race but feels remorse for how he and his party fared. Howell talks to another candidate, Margaret Tingle, from the Republican Party who admits that the downfall of her party was its disorganization.
