Abstract
In Richmond, Va., WSLS-TV reporter John Gilbert interviews a Virginia youth working to lower the voting age to 18 in the Constitution of Virginia. The amendment, which would permit the public to vote separately on a lowered voting age, is stuck in the Senate Privileges and Elections Committee. If it passes in the committee, the entire Senate of Virginia will vote on it.
