Abstract
In Richmond, Va., Delegates Willis M. Anderson, M. Caldwell Butler, Ray L. Garland, and John W. Hagen met with Virginia Governor Mills E. Godwin, Jr., to discuss legislation concerning the consolidation of Roanoke, Va., area. Delegate Anderson tells WSLS-TV what transpired at the meeting. According to Delegate Anderson, Governor Godwin remains indecisive on whether or not to send the measure to the Virginia General Assembly for consideration.
