Abstract
West Hill, nicknamed Tank Hill, is a historic landmark that hosts the town water tank built in 1905 in Salem, Va. Construction workers are demolishing the water tower in order to replace the tank with a more modern version. Footage shows men with power tools climbing up to the roof of the storage tank to dismantle it.
