John W. Hagen, a member of the Virginia House of Delegates, supports controlling media throughout Roanoke and Salem, Va. Upon request from his constituents, Hagen tells WSLS-TV that he plans to formulate consitutional legislation that would allow these localities to censor media consumer goods.
