Abstract
At the State Capitol in Richmond, Va., the Virginia General Assembly is in the process of revising the Constitution of Virginia. Delegate Garnett S. Moore tells WSLS-TV his toughts on the taxation and finance article. Delegate Moore voted against the amendment on bonds because its provisions do not allow for the citizens of Virginia to vote on it. According to Delegate Moore, the vote of the people is imperative because under this amendment, the issued bonds require the full faith and credit of the Commonwealth.
