Roanoke, Va., soap box derby champion Jim Rinehart arrives at Woodrum Field Airport for a flight to Akron, Ohio, where he will compete in the All-American Soap Box Derby. Footage shows the side of a plane painted to read "Soap Box Derby Special" and "Jim Rinehart Star City Champ." Before boarding the plane with his parents, Rinehart accepts the congratulations of the pilot, co-pilot, and flight attendant.
