Abstract
The Salem City Council meets to discuss the city water supply from the south fork of the Roanoke River. Citizens attend to hear the council's decisions concerning flood control, soil conservation, and water storage. Council also discusses plans for renovation of Eddy Avenue Bridge, recently announced unsafe, and the Economic Opportunity Act.
