Abstract
Dr. Fred Eichelman, president of the Roanoke County Council of Parent Teacher Associations, presents a resolution to the Roanoke County Board of Supervisors. The resolution seeks to retain the union of Roanoke County and Salem schools so that they operate as one system. He states that the resolution is designed to promote the welfare of the children of the Roanoke County and Salem.
