WSLS-TV reporter Lee Garrett interviews a maintenance worker in charge of mounting decorations on the municipal Christmas tree in Roanoke, Va. According to the maintenance worker, this year's tree is smaller than the previous year, requiring 20 strings of lights to fully embellish it.
