Abstract
At the State Capitol in Richmond, Va., the Virginia General Assembly is in the process of revising the Constitution of Virginia. Delegate Charles H. Mann, Jr., opposes an amendment passed by the Senate Committee on Insurance and Banking regarding laws that regulate corporations. The State Corporation Commission was created in 1902 to protect the consumer but according to Delegate Mann, the current revisions do not allow for this. Delegate Mann calls this proposal by the Senate committee a fraudulent lie.
