Abstract
The Virginia General Assembly is in the process of revising the Constitution of Virginia and one of the most debated topics is the voting age. In Richmond, Va., state Senator Hunter B. Andrews supports a referendum to allow the current Virginia voters to decide whether or not to lower the voting age from 21 to 18.
