Abstract
WSLS-TV reporter Sid Shaw interviews Don Ahern, vice president of Roanoke, Va., pharmaceutical supply company McKesson and Robbins, regarding Roanoke's supply of polio vaccine. Ahern explains that retail availability of the vaccine has fallen in Roanoke due to outbreaks of polio in other parts of the country, but he asserts that healthcare providers are adequately supplied with the vaccine and that he expects overall supply to return to "more than adequate" levels within two weeks.
