As a result of heavy snow and ice accumulations earlier this winter, cleaning crews remove scattered debris on the Blue Ridge Parkway in the Roanoke, Va., area. Footage shows cleanup crews throwing tree remains into a brush chipper and men on cherry pickers removing hazardous tree branches.
