Abstract
WSLS-TV reporter Charles Fishburne talks to a U.S. Postal Service employee at the Downtown Roanoke branch in Roanoke, Va. According to the employee, Christmas is the busiest time of the year for postal offices, with over one million letters flowing through on Christmas Day. The employee advises those viewers who procrastinated sending their letters to submit them directly to the main downtown offices in order to ensure the earliest possible delivery.
