Roanoke, Va., City Health Commissioner Dr. Margaret Glendy expresses disappointment in National Foundation for Infantile Paralysis policy changes, citing the organization's failure to assist patients in financing polio diagnosis and in treatement of non-paralytic polio, and urges Roanoke residents to protect themselves by receiving the polio vaccine.
