Abstract
WSLS-TV reporter Joe Moffatt interviews Roanoke, Va., Councilman Dr. Charles M. Cornell about his plans to run for the Virginia Senate. Dr. Cornell explains that he and his supporters believe that Roanoke residents and businesses need better representation in the Senate and affirms his committment to Roanoke, stating that he does not intend to resign from city council during the race or if he is elected.
