Visitors assemble at Red Hill Plantation in Charlotte County, Va., to attend a dedication and ribbon-cutting ceremony for the first unit of the Patrick Henry Boys Plantation, which will serve as a residential facility for orphaned and underprivileged boys. Virginia State Senator J.D. Hagood speaks, and a descendant of Patrick Henry cuts the ribbon.
