Abstract
The Roanoke County Board of Supervisors holds its second public meeting concerning consolidation. Chairmen Lee B. Eddy, Charles H. Osterhoudt, and A. T. Huddleston speak to an assembly of Roanoke County, Va., residents. Eddy favors consolidation because it would end the constant threat of annexation by various cities within Roanoke County. Roanoke City Councilman David K. Lisk sits in the audience, expressing disappointment that city councils were not represented at this meeting.
