Abstract
The Interstate Commerce Commission holds a hearing in Roanoke, Va., regarding the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway's application to close a branch line. Footage shows a newspaper headline reading "C&O Branch Losses Cited At Hearing." Virginia State Senator Stuart B. Carter and others testify.
