Abstract
James D. Sink, chief communications officer for the City of Roanoke, Va., and executive officer of the First Battle Group of the 116th Infantry Regiment of the Virginia Army National Guard, packs his suitcase before embarking on a trip to France to take part in a commemoration of the WWII Normandy invasion. Sink visits the American Cemetary and Memorial at Omaha Beach in Colleville-sur-Mer, Normandy, France.
