Abstract
At a meeting of the Brotherhood of the First Baptist Church in Roanoke, Va., Conrad S. Jensen, captain of the 23rd police precinct of Manhattan, New York, N.Y., speaks on the rise of juvenile delinquency, recounting the recent death of a co-worker at the hands of a 16-year-old boy and expressing his conviction that Jesus Christ is the only answer to the delinquency problem.
