Three reporters interview Richard Arlen Payne after he is taken into custody in Kanawha County, W. Va., for kidnapping Elma Baldwin and her three children with the intention of using the hostages to demand the release from prison of his former cellmate, Burton Junior Post, who he planned to murder.
