Abstract
Police officers and onlookers crowd the scene of a traffic accident in Roanoke, Va., in which an elderly woman was hit by a car. The driver of the car stands in front of his vehicle, talking to an unidentified man, while the victim's shoe lies under the car. The driver goes through his wallet, handing cards to a policeman, while several other policemen direct traffic.
