In Franklin County, federal agents from the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax Division and Virginia agents from the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control talk to each other through car windows and then drive to the Ingram family farm to arrest H.D. Ingram in his pick-up truck on charges of conspiring to violate federal liquor laws. Agents converge on the workplace of Harry Buford Ingram in order to arrest him on the same charges. H.D. Ingram was later acquitted.
