Abstract
Spectators crowd City Stadium in Lynchburg, Va., as the Cincinnati Reds play the Chicago White Sox in a pre-season exhibition baseball game. White Sox catcher J. C. Martin warms up alongside other Chicago players. A little boy and a Reds team member play in the dugout. Reds catcher Hank Foiles gets ready for the game. Boys in the stands keep score attentively.
