Abstract
At the scene of a traffic accident in Roanoke, Va., on Shenandoah Avenue, a man uses smelling salts to revive a woman who is then placed on a gurney and loaded into an ambulance by emergency medical technicians. Footage includes several views, both interior and exterior, of the wreckage of a public transportation bus and the building it hit when the bus's brakes failed. There were no serious injuries.
