Abstract
A water main near Roanoke Memorial Hospital burst in Roanoke, Va. Cleanup crews set up yield signs around the hole in the wet pavement. Footage switches to the scene of an automobile crash in Roanoke, Va., where a tanker truck holding gasoline lies on its side and a badly damaged white sedan sits nearby. Firefighters wielding hoses spray water at the truck.
