At the State Capitol in Richmond, Va., Delegate Willis M. Anderson tells WSLS-TV about the Virginia General Assembly's special session to revise the Constitution of Virginia. Delegate Anderson says the Virginia General Assembly has finalized several articles in the constitution and the two most important issues, local governance and taxation and finance, are on the agenda this upcoming week. Delegate Anderson is confident that both houses can cooperate to finalize these amendments within the next two weeks.
