Abstract
Roanoke City Council candidate Dr. Charles M. Cornell asks voters to support him in the upcoming election, reminding viewers of the city council race two years earlier in which he received the highest vote total of any runner-up. Cornell states his intention, if elected, to hold true to his platform of two years ago by guarding the citizens of Roanoke from unnecessary tax increases.
