Salem, Va., Rebels baseball Manager Don Hoak gives an interview regarding psychiatric tests that are being administered on baseball players. Hoak says the tests are designed to discover what factors make a baseball player successful in the major leagues, thereby helping players prepare to play in the major leagues.
