Abstract
In Salem, Va., Don Hoak, manager of the Salem Rebels baseball team, tells WSLS-TV reporter Bill Walker about his new opportunities resulting from winning the Carolina League pennant. Hoak does not intend to manage in the major leagues in the near future and says that the ability to handle the press is key to becoming a successful major league manager.
