Abstract
Blacksburg Jaycees member Fred H. Burtner tells WSLS-TV reporter Bill Walker that the Blacksburg Chapter of Jaycees International is sponsoring a National Basketball Association game at the Salem Roanoke Valley Civic Center in Salem, Va. The Atlanta Hawks will face the Boston Celtics in an expensive $6000 game. According to Burtner, this is a worthwhile cause because the proceeds from the game will go toward the Blacksburg Jaycees' youth sports projects.
