Abstract
An audience of children signs and sings at the dedication ceremony for Camp Easter Seals, a camp for handicapped children in Craig County, Va. The audience is addressed by several speakers, including Dr. William T. Sanger, president of the Crippled Children's Society, Dr. Mack Shanholtz, state health commissioner for the Virginia Department of Health, and Jayne Shover, associate director of the National Society for Crippled Children and Adults.
