Abstract
At Reed's Cleaners in Roanoke, Va., several electric power linemen on a ladder examine a 12,000 volt power line that injured 27-year-old Price Underwood. Workers stand on scaffolding erected in order for Underwood and Albert Welch to paint the Reed's sign. Welch explains how he pulled Underwood away from the live wire.
